Software Developer

Gimena has been working as Java and Web Developer for Skedgo since 2014. She is responsible for an internal tool which helps the team to visualise and evaluate information. She also contributes to the back-end side for the API documentation, booking integrations, database and geocoding. In addition to development, she usually does practical evaluation on new technologies to include them to enrich services.

With over four years experience, she has had an active role in several SkedGo projects so far, including: the development of the Tripkit-leaflet plugin, which provides an easy way to include the functionality in an external platform, development of web tools to access backend data for internal and external projects, and contributions in maintenance in both backend and frontend.

Gimena's education and qualifications include a Graduate Degree in Computer Science from Universidad Nacional del Sur (UNS, Argentina). She has also been working as a teacher of web development and programming courses at Instituto Técnico La Piedad (ITLP) since 2013.
